Welcome to the Marksteinhof in Fembach bei Seebruck am Chiemsee
Relax and get to know you and your children our cows, calves, horses, rabbits and cats, which are always eagerly waiting for our big and small guests! On our newly built and TÜV-certified adventure playground with ropeway, nest swing, seesaw animals ... as well as a shaded sandbox, giant trampoline, swing, slide, soccer goal, table tennis, campfire site and children's vehicle park is guaranteed no boredom. Many a friendship has been made in convivial company and a cozy get-together at our barbecue area. We also offer guided horseback riding for children if possible, you are welcome to help on the farm if you wish.

Our feel-good - vacation homes with lots of comfort for the whole family! Book your own vacation home or a semi-detached house with seemingly limitless expanses. In the vacation home Glücksklee you will find on top of it a wellness - area with infrared - cabin, combination sauna and cozy rest area. We have paid special attention to a child-friendly equipment with great attention to detail and a barrier-free construction. As a new centerpiece of the elaborately and very lovingly designed outdoor area, we have built a beautiful campfire site for you. Here young and old like to linger and review the many impressions at the end of the day. With a nice glass of wine or maybe sausages and bread, this is a perfect ending for young and old.
