Welcome to our fully managed farm in one of the most beautiful locations in the conservation area of the Alz, only 2 km away from the Chiemsee! Away from the noisy streets, you will experience a relaxing and beautiful holiday in an untouched nature and an informal, very child-friendly atmosphere.
Enjoy the tranquillity and listen to the sounds of nature. Our farm and the wonderful surroundings offer you many possibilities to do so. Whether lie in the sun on our sunbathing lawn, have breakfast under the beech tree or just let yourself drift ... with the rubber dinghy or a float trip down the Alz – this is a wonderful holiday!
You will live in very comfortable, fully equipped apartments with a dishwasher and everything you need together with your children to feel good. Our farm with rich livestock from the calf to the bull, with food from our own fields and meadows, gives our guests an idea about healthy and sustainable farming! There is always something new to discover with us because our livestock and farming follows the course of the seasons.

Special features
Children will discover the genuine nature in our zoo. There are many animals such as cats, hares, dwarf goats, the ram sheep Alfred, mini ponies, chickens and dwarf hens often with small chickens.
A lot of variety offers daily the large vehicle fleet with pedal cars for all ages. The playground with a climbing tower and slide, giant tube slide, swings, trampoline with protective net, sandbox, football field with football gates, a playroom in the house as well as a playing space with table tennis and soccer kicks let children’s hearts beat faster not only in good weather!
Those who want to help us on our lively farm can even be rewarded with a stable diploma! We are a "children safe and healthy" certified farm! Our bathing facilities on the Alz, Chiemsee, Klostersee, Hartsee and many other small natural bathing lakes in the surroundings offer refreshment in the summer!
Our location is ideal as a starting point for sports and cultural enthusiasts: many cycling and hiking trails, the Chiemgau mountains, sailing, swimming and surfing on the Chiemsee, Fraueninsel and Herreninsel with a castle, the Roman museum, the Celtic farm, Seeon Abbey and Baumburg, Salzburg, Munich and much more more!
