Schaideringerhof in Riedering

Warm greetings on the Schaideringerhof near Söllhuben at the Chiemsee and Simsee

Enjoy the standalone location with the alpine panorama. We have cows, calves, ponies, dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens and ducks at our farm. Our playground and playroom are waiting to be discovered. The campfire fascinates both young and old. At our farm you will find peace and relaxation and children - freedom and free space.

The Schaideringerhof has been a family business for many generations. In the year of 1140 it was first documented that “Ridwin zu Scheitrain” delivered a tenth part of harvest to Rosenheim; the farm has always been passed on from generation to generation. At present Josef and Barbara Ruhsamer together with their daughter Brigitte and her husband Andreas Berger manage the farm and since 2010 the farm has been run according to the organic standards of the Naturland Association.

Renting has a long tradition on the Schaideringerhof. In the 1950s a summer resort made already an additional income for the farm. All free rooms were rented out to guests. Starting from 1995 the 3 new apartments were supposed to secure more income. Since then, the Schaideringerhof has been an active farm in renting with a lot of commitment and fun in dealing with guests.
